ABOUT US

Independent means we have no product to sell you.

No software licence to protect, no partner quota to hit, and no reseller margin riding on the recommendation. If the honest answer is that a given flow should stay where it is, that is the answer you get.

WHY THAT MATTERS

Every other party in this decision is paid by the outcome.

The incumbent vendor is defending a renewal. Their partners earn margin on that renewal. The large system integrators hold reseller agreements with the same vendors and staff the work from certified practices they need to keep busy. None of that makes their advice worthless — but it does mean the advice arrives with a direction already built into it.

We sell engineering time and a method. That is the whole business model. It is why we can put “here is what we recommend you do not migrate” in a proposal without it costing us anything.

HOW WE WORK

Four commitments we will put in a contract

The code is yours from day one.

Not on completion, not on final payment. From the first commit. Any integrator can maintain it, including instead of us.

Nothing is switched off until something equivalent has run beside it in production, on real traffic.

Equivalence is measured and reported, not asserted.

Payment milestones are tied to decommissioning, not to delivery.

We get paid when the proprietary component actually comes out, which is the only event that changes your cost base.

We will tell you what not to migrate.

Every assessment contains that section. A partner who says everything can be migrated is telling you what you want to hear.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Ninety minutes with your architecture team, walking your integration estate and mapping it component by component. You leave with a substitution map for your own systems and a banded saving estimate. No charge, no commitment.
