Discover
We scan your existing artefacts — BusinessWorks processes, ACE message flows, Mule XML, PI iFlows — and produce a costed inventory: every flow, its complexity, its real volume, its dependencies. You get a number before you commit to anything.

Bridge
The target platform goes into production alongside the existing one. A Camel messaging bridge connects both worlds. Nothing is switched off. Nothing is at risk.

Strangle
Flow by flow. Each rebuilt integration runs in shadow against the original on real traffic, and we compare outputs message by message. Traffic shifts by percentage. Rollback is one configuration change.

Decommission
When a product has no active flows left, it comes out at the next renewal. We plan backwards from your contract dates, because that is when the saving actually reaches your P&L.
